The Facility Manager for Facility Cleaning will manage a hospital and its associated small sites in Vienna, lead and schedule cleaning staff, coordinate payroll hours, conduct interviews, support employees, manage client relationships, handle complaints, order supplies, perform hygiene compliance checks, and conduct training. The role requires several years of facility-cleaning experience, excellent German, organizational and customer-service skills, and strong MS Office proficiency; it offers a flexible working model and gross pay starting at EUR 2,800.00 per month.
