BGIS is hiring a Facility Manager II to own and operate moderate-to-large facility portfolios or moderately complex facilities. The role manages operations and maintenance, service delivery, budgets, projects, compliance, risk and emergency preparedness, vendor relationships, and client satisfaction, while leading technicians and other staff. It requires a college diploma or equivalent training, 3–5 years or more of facility management experience, and relevant certifications; the position is full-time with a salary range of $63,397 to $79,246 per year.
