The role oversees budgets, financial performance, preventive and corrective maintenance, building systems, service contracts, tenders, inspections, tenant requests, and service-level performance, while supervising facility managers and team members. It requires five to ten years of property or facility management experience, strong customer and people-management skills, and several professional designations, with a full-time salary of $84,493 to $105,616 per year.
