Nachbarschaftsheim Schöneberg e. V. is hiring a Facility Manager to manage teams and the educational and after-school care facility at Sachsenwald Primary School in Berlin Steglitz. The role covers educational, organizational, and personnel management; team leadership and development; planning supplementary education and holiday programs; scheduling and staff deployment; collaboration with schools, committees, and external partners; parent and teacher advising; invoicing and contract management; occupational safety; statutory child-protection and supervision requirements; quality standards; and public relations. The position requires educator training or a related recognized qualification, several years of experience in education or care, leadership experience, and knowledge of Berlin’s full-day programs. It is a full-time role starting 15.10.2026 with a starting salary of €4,224.14–€4,685.24 per month.
