Description
The Facility Manager leads a warehouse or distribution facility by merging strategic planning with daily supply-chain execution. The role oversees production, quality, safety, inventory, warehouse capacity, transportation loss control, budgets, employee hiring and development, compliance, WMS/ERP systems, and customer and supplier relationships. It requires a bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or a related field, 5–7 years of leadership experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment, and advanced knowledge of WMS/ERP systems, Microsoft Office, and data visualization tools. The position is primarily office-based with occasional visits to operational facilities and moderate travel.
