GEBEWO – Social Services – Berlin gGmbH is hiring a female-identified qualified professional with 50% management responsibilities to manage a women’s psychiatric integration-assistance facility in Treptow-Köpenick. The role leads a multi-professional team, develops the facility in accordance with SGB IX, steers projects and quality assurance, prepares reports, coordinates occupancy, and represents the facility externally. Applicants need state-recognized training or a degree in social, care, or education/pedagogy, experience in integration assistance or psychosocial work, and knowledge of project management; leadership experience is advantageous. The position offers full-time employment with a stated gross monthly salary of €4,931.25 to €5,450.33, a job-ticket subsidy, vacation, continuing education, and company health management.
