Description
The Facility Manager oversees bank building maintenance, security, janitorial services, construction, remodeling, relocations, leases, vendor relationships, procurement, inventory, and facility approvals. The role coordinates with architects, contractors, brokers, attorneys, regulators, customers, suppliers, and internal staff, and requires facility management experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work with Korean- and English-speaking stakeholders.
