The Lead Facility Operations oversees a club’s Operations department and Life Time cleanliness standards, managing up to 30 team members, training, recruiting, scheduling, payroll, and department budgets. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, two years of management experience, building operations experience, CPR/AED certification, and a Certified Pool Operations license.
