Description
The Facility Operations Manager I oversees daily hazardous and non-hazardous waste facility operations, including drum processing, tank farm operations, truck loading and unloading, wastewater treatment, inventory management, and waste tracking. The role leads plant supervisors and operations personnel, supports hiring and workforce development, maintains regulatory and environmental compliance, and drives productivity and continuous improvement. It requires 5–7 years of plant operations or industrial facility management experience, DOT training, and strong leadership and safety knowledge; a bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related field is preferred. Compensation is up to $126,000 depending on experience, with health benefits after 30 days of full-time employment and other benefits.
