Description
The role manages and operates facilities, including energy management, material inventory, maintenance, construction, preventive maintenance planning, vendor oversight, and emergency-response readiness. Responsibilities include inspecting and repairing specialized SAR equipment, maintaining vehicles and trailers, servicing HVAC and other facility systems, managing supplies and safety gear, documenting maintenance activities, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The position requires basic electrical, plumbing, and mechanical repair skills, physical stamina, and problem-solving ability. It is a full-time position with a salary range of $65,200 to $121,200 and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
