Description
The Operations Lead will manage and stabilize Facility Operations Support processes, oversee SLAs, KPIs, and quality benchmarks, lead and develop team members, manage internal stakeholders, identify process gaps, collaborate on MIS and automation initiatives, and handle risks and escalations. The role requires graduate or postgraduate education, relevant operations experience, team and process management experience, and preferably Facility Operations, reporting, or workforce operations experience.
