Description
The Painting Technician serves as a representative of Brett/Robinson and performs painting and surface-preparation work on walkways, stairwells, gates, walls, outside unit doors, and common door areas. The role involves reading work orders, using painting tools, sanding and preparing surfaces, reporting safety issues, attending departmental meetings, and performing other assigned duties. It is scheduled seven days per week, may require evening hours, requires uniforms, and involves exposure to inclement weather, heat, and humidity.
