CMI Management LLC is hiring a Facility Project Manager to manage the overall coordination of services and performance at a customer site in Omaha, Nebraska. The role oversees electrical, mechanical, fire protection and safety, building automation systems, service requests, maintenance, emergency response, preventive maintenance, contractor and subcontractor performance, capital improvement projects, vendor coordination, and quality and productivity improvements. The position requires at least 10 years of operations and facility maintenance experience, at least 5 years of project management or supervisory experience, a high school diploma, and a PMP or Certified Associate in Project Management credential; a BA degree is preferred.
