The role manages cost, performance, schedule, service requests, emergencies, staffing, preventive maintenance, corrective actions, productivity, safety, quality, and customer communication. Candidates need a high school diploma, preferably a BA, at least three years of experience managing facility maintenance services at a multi-site federal facility totaling at least 1.7 million square feet, full English proficiency, and strong communication and customer service skills.
