CMI is hiring a Facility Project Manager to oversee facilities maintenance and operations at a client site in Virginia. The role manages day-to-day operations, preventive and corrective maintenance, reporting, employee training, recurring repairs, capital improvement projects, and the operation and repair of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, energy management, fire suppression, life safety, HVAC, and other systems. The manager must also supervise janitorial personnel and provide management and supervision for equipment and systems within the property line. The position requires a high school diploma, five years of recent experience managing complex commercial and institutional facilities, experience with facilities of at least 500,000 square feet, and bilingual English/Spanish ability; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
