CMI is hiring a Facility Project Manager to oversee daily operations and maintenance at a customer site in Shepherdstown, West Virginia. The role manages mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and water/wastewater systems; supervises qualified maintenance staff; ensures performance objectives, reporting, CMMS accuracy, and proper operation of the EMCS and fire alarm systems. Candidates need a relevant bachelor's degree or at least 10 years of project or operations management or lead engineering experience at a large government site, plus at least five years of recent facility operations and maintenance experience at a government site of at least 438,000 square feet.
