CMI is hiring a Facility Project Manager to supervise on-site staff and coordinate facilities maintenance, landscaping, janitorial, refuse collection, and security services at a customer site in Birmingham, Alabama. The role manages costs, performance, schedules, service requests, emergencies, projects, subcontractors, vendors, corrective actions, and continuous improvement, while also participating in capital improvement plans. Candidates must have at least eight years of project or engineering management experience in multi-disciplinary facilities maintenance, a four-year engineering degree, or an alternative combination of experience and credentials, along with strong communication skills.
