Cribl is hiring a Facility Security Officer to build and manage its industrial security program as a federal business. The role serves as the appointed FSO of record with the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency, owns the Facility Clearance program, and supports compliance with the National Industrial Security Program and 32 CFR Part 117. Responsibilities include managing FCL sponsorship and personnel-security records, conducting security briefings and self-inspections, coordinating with DCSA, and establishing security policies and training. The position requires U.S. citizenship, an active Secret clearance with Top Secret eligibility, at least seven years of industrial or personnel-security experience, and familiarity with NISPOM, DISS/NBIS, NISS, eApp, and related security systems. The company is remote-first, with occasional work outside standard hours.
