Description
The Facility Service Technician — Mechanical provides embedded supplemental mechanical support in a client data center, operating, inspecting, maintaining, and troubleshooting chillers, pumps, fans, cooling towers, VRF systems, rooftop units, DX compressors, and related cooling infrastructure. The role includes BAS/BMS monitoring, VFD troubleshooting, preventive and corrective maintenance, root-cause analysis, CMMS documentation, vendor coordination, and compliance with safety and refrigerant-handling requirements. It requires at least three years of hands-on mechanical maintenance experience, EPA Section 608 certification, mechanical-system knowledge, and the ability to work in confined spaces and lift up to 50 pounds.
