The role inspects, services, and maintains building services systems; conducts site walkthroughs and minor repairs; provides customer support; documents technical systems; and coordinates other service providers. Applicants need a vocational qualification in electrical engineering, HVAC, mechatronics, plant or machinery installation, or a comparable field, strong IT and process-documentation skills, C2-level German, reliable independent working habits, and a class B driver’s license.
