Description
Yondr is hiring a Facility Shift Manager to monitor and oversee engineering assets and service-provider or contractor work at a data center. The role follows Yondr’s maintain and operate model, escalates incidents, supports root-cause analysis and planned maintenance, oversees planned and unplanned activities, reports on health and safety, maintains maintenance records, and provides shift reports. It is a shift-patterned 24/7 position with peer cover, requiring mechanical or electrical engineering qualifications, multi-skilled knowledge of UPS, generators, and power distribution, HV switching experience with current HV training, and strong leadership and communication skills.
