City Wide Facility Solutions is hiring a Facility Solutions Manager to manage B2B client relationships and business operations for assigned service areas in South Florida and Broward County. The role combines account retention and expansion, contractor management, service scheduling and quality control, contract negotiation, supply procurement, client satisfaction, and coordination with night managers and operations leadership. It requires at least two years of outside B2B account management experience, a track record of client retention success, strong communication and relationship-building skills, Microsoft Office and CRM proficiency, and daily travel to client locations.
