City Wide is hiring a Facility Solutions Manager to manage B2B client relationships and the business operations of assigned client service areas. The role combines account retention and expansion, contractor hiring and compliance, service scheduling, quality inspections, contract negotiation, supply procurement, client issue resolution, and supervision of Night Managers. Candidates need at least two years of outside B2B account management experience and a two-year track record of success in client retention; building maintenance or facility management experience is preferred. The position offers $50,000–$55,000 in base annual pay, an incentive compensation plan, medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) match, and volunteer and team-building events.
