Description
This role involves maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and employees within a busy shopping center. Key responsibilities include daily cleaning according to schedules, waste management, ensuring welfare facilities are well-maintained, and liaising with colleagues to facilitate smooth operations. The individual will also conduct inspections, perform health and safety checks, monitor CCTV footage, respond to emergencies, manage contractors, handle reception duties, test fire alarm systems, deal with spillages, and uphold health, safety, and security legislation.
