Description
Alpha Mead Group is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Facility Supervisor to manage and maintain residential and corporate facilities. The supervisor will oversee daily operations, coordinate maintenance activities like electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repairs, supervise staff, conduct inspections, ensure compliance with safety standards, track maintenance requests, implement preventive maintenance, liaise with vendors, document activities, and respond to emergencies. The role requires a basic understanding of building systems and strong coordination abilities.
