Black & McDonald is hiring a Facility Supervisor to lead the operation and maintenance of the National Gallery of Canada’s complex, mission-critical facility. The role combines hands-on technical leadership across building mechanical, electrical, plumbing, BAS/DDC, lighting control, and emergency power systems with staff and subcontractor supervision, client relationship management, reporting, scheduling, safety compliance, and operational troubleshooting. Candidates need a related technical diploma or trade certification, at least 10 years of building operations and maintenance experience, and at least 5 years of progressive leadership experience; the expected salary is $75,000–$85,000 per year.
