Description
The Facilities Manager will plan departmental budgets and work targets, oversee factory housing, fixed assets, safety, sanitation, maintenance, contractors, and building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection. The role also coordinates preventive maintenance, ensures office and production facilities operate properly, and manages teams and external service providers. A bachelor’s degree in facilities management, electrical engineering, or a related field, at least five years of facility operations or maintenance management experience, and strong building-systems, EHS, budgeting, CAD, and team-management skills are required.
