Koozie Group is hiring a Facility Support & Desktop Technician in Red Wing, Minnesota, for a first-shift role with flexibility. The position provides in-person and remote technical support for manufacturing equipment, production software, network systems, desktop hardware, printers, barcode scanners, and other IT equipment. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, configuring and deploying computers, managing service requests and inventory, coordinating with vendors, and supporting continuous production uptime. The role requires at least five years of desktop support experience, proficiency with Windows and macOS, network fundamentals, and experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and remote desktop tools.
