The role works in a centralized Operations Center, monitoring building and life-safety systems, triaging service requests, dispatching technicians, coordinating with internal teams and customers, documenting work, and supporting shift handoffs. It requires a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of customer service, dispatch, call center, or facilities-related experience, basic building-systems knowledge, computer and organizational skills, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
