Description
The role oversees the daily operation, monitoring, and preventive and corrective maintenance of facility systems such as HVAC, electrical, compressed air, water treatment, and fire protection. It provides emergency technical support, leads root-cause analysis, plans and supervises facility improvement and retrofit projects, and manages reliability, energy efficiency, spare parts, maintenance resources, and vendor contracts. The preferred qualifications include hands-on facility-management experience, strong communication skills, emergency-call availability, Microsoft Office proficiency, and familiarity with CMMS or AutoCAD.
