Description
The Facility Training Instructor coordinates, delivers, documents, and evaluates employee training programs for healthcare and multidisciplinary staff at a detention facility. The role begins as full-time remote and becomes full-time on-site in Surprise, Arizona once the facility opens. Responsibilities include orientation, mandatory and corrective training, competency assessments, training records, compliance monitoring, instructional materials, audits, and emergency-response training. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least three years of training or related experience, classroom-instruction experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to obtain facility clearance. The salary range is $60,000–$80,000 annually, with travel and teleworking requirements.
