Orange Business is hiring a permanent Faction Lead Data Ops Engineering - Consultant to lead and mentor a team of 10–15 consultants while also contributing as a consultant on data engineering projects. The role covers team strategy, culture and development, recruitment, staffing, sales and pre-sales support, and cloud data engineering delivery. Candidates need a master’s degree or PhD in a relevant field, at least five years of Data/DevOps/Software Engineering experience, strong SQL and Python knowledge, and experience with deployment and orchestration technologies. The position is hybrid in Brussels and requires French or Dutch plus English.
