The role translates validated design requirements into scalable production test sequences, defines pass/fail criteria and traceable data capture, maintains test procedures, and supports customer audits and witnessed testing. It is based in Dearborn, Michigan, requires a bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering and 5+ years of experience developing production test processes for high-voltage battery or power electronics products, and is hybrid with onsite work four or more days per week.
