Lattice is seeking a motivated and experienced Factory Applications Engineer to join their IP Product Enablement team. This role involves supporting high-speed IPs and designs, vendors, and customers with industry-leading devices. The engineer will bridge the customer-factory relationship, resolve technical challenges, and deliver timely solutions to enhance customer time-to-market and reduce costs. The ideal candidate will contribute to designing and executing "best-in-class" solutions for Lattice's low-power, small-form-factor, high-reliability, and high-performance product line.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: BS/MS in EE
Required Previous Experiences: 10+ years of experience
Hands-on FPGA and/or firmware bring-up/debugging experience using oscilloscopes and signal analyzers
Outstanding English communication skills, both written and verbal
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a memory standards or high speed interfaces
Experience in a wide variety of physical interface standards, including SSTL, HSTL, LVSTL, HSUL
Experience in timing closure, PLL/DLLs, physical interface strategies and signal integrity
Hands-on FPGA development experience, including RTL development and verification
