Description
Base is hiring a Factory Construction Intern to support the design and construction of factory facilities. The intern will coordinate civil engineering and manufacturing teams, review interior build-out plans and MEP layouts, participate in design and construction meetings, track civil deliverables, support quantity takeoffs and cost documentation, and conduct field visits to verify construction progress against plans. The role requires strong organization, facility-design and construction-methods interest, the ability to interpret construction drawings and technical documentation, willingness to perform fieldwork, analytical skills, clear communication, and a proactive learning attitude.
