Hadrian is hiring a field-based Factory Construction Manager to own construction execution for manufacturing facilities. The role serves as the owner's representative on active sites, driving progress against schedules and customer milestones, coordinating contractors and subcontractors, tracking production and quantities, supporting project planning, validating contractor invoicing, and maintaining safety and quality standards. The position requires 15 years of construction management experience, field ownership, proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and scheduling software, and willingness to travel up to 50%.
