Description
Graco is hiring a Factory Controller to provide plant-level financial support focused on cost accuracy, inventory integrity, and operational performance. The role validates manufacturing cost data, BOMs, routings, labor standards, inventory counts, and financial controls; analyzes variances, throughput, scrap, yield, and bottlenecks; and partners with Operations, HR, and Finance to improve productivity, margins, and decision-making. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, at least three years of plant finance or cost accounting experience, strong Excel and ERP proficiency, and the ability to communicate with non-financial stakeholders. It is a hybrid role with a base salary range of $87,000 to $152,200 and does not offer immigration sponsorship.
