Description
ROCKWOOL is hiring a Factory Controller for its Byhalia, Mississippi factory to support the Finance Operations team and Operations and Finance Management. The role prepares financial data, budgets, reports, forecasts, standard-costing analysis, and investment controls; supports factory controllers during absences; and provides ad hoc analysis. It requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, at least three years of manufacturing experience, and knowledge of accounting, cost accounting, standard costing, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. The position is fully onsite, pays $110,000–$125,000 annually, and is bonus eligible.
