The role leads a manufacturing site responsible for operational performance, talent development, culture, budget and CAB management, compliance, training, continuous improvement, digital initiatives, and delivery of safety, quality, cost, customer-service, inventory, and management metrics. It requires a BSc/MSc degree, at least 10 years of business experience, manufacturing operational and management capabilities, strong people leadership, and willingness to travel for business requirements.
