Eaton is hiring a Factory Manager for its Vehicle VGNA division in San Luis Potosí. Reporting to the Plant Manager, the role oversees EHS compliance, production operations, quality, maintenance, manufacturing, inventory, workforce planning, budgeting, continuous improvement, and cross-functional alignment with site and product-line leaders. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in business management, finance, engineering, or a related field, at least seven years of manufacturing management experience, English proficiency, and knowledge of manufacturing systems, quality, safety, Lean, Six Sigma, supply chain, and financial planning. Relocation assistance is provided, and travel may be required up to 10%.
