Kepak is hiring an experienced Factory Manager to lead its 24/7 food manufacturing operation in Kirkham, Preston. Reporting to the Operations Director, the role oversees chilled, frozen, and cooking production while driving safety, quality, cost control, performance, continuous improvement, team leadership, business continuity, and risk management. The position requires senior food manufacturing operations or factory leadership experience, multi-site experience, knowledge of food safety and lean methodologies, and involvement in major projects.
