Description
The Factory Production Planning (FPP) role owns the factory production plan and balances demand, capacity, and constraints across a global manufacturing network. The role translates production targets and demand signals into feasible plans, identifies upstream risks, makes trade-off decisions, improves capacity utilization, protects customer delivery commitments, and maintains plan integrity through governance and version control. It requires strong analytical, business, financial, and stakeholder-influence skills, with preferred qualifications in supply chain or operations, global production planning experience, S&OP and capacity planning knowledge, enterprise planning systems, and APICS/ASCM certification. The role may be performed under an On-site Flex or Virtual Flex hybrid model.
