Nox Metals is hiring a full-time, in-person Factory Shift Lead for its weekday second shift in Detroit, Michigan. The role leads the overnight team, operates industrial saws, CNC equipment, forklifts, and overhead cranes, processes aluminum plate, bar, and rounds, manages inbound and outbound shipments, records production data, and prepares the floor for the day shift. Candidates should have factory or metals-service-center experience, strong safety and quality practices, leadership and organizational skills, and the ability to work overnight and handle up to 50 pounds.
