Allianz Partners is hiring a Finance Operations & Process Improvement Analyst, also described as a Finance Squad Specialist, to support business continuity across finance teams and drive process improvements in an international Finance Factory environment. The role covers ownership of finance activities during absences and critical periods, invoicing, reconciliations, reporting, month-end closing, workflow documentation, automation, standardization, error reduction, stakeholder collaboration, and knowledge transfer. Candidates need 3–4 years of experience in finance, audit, consulting, or a similar analytical environment, along with SAP, Microsoft Office, and advanced Excel skills; Python or automation exposure is advantageous. The position is full-time and permanent.
