Q-Sourcing Servtec is seeking a Factory Supervisor to work in Kenya on behalf of a client. The role manages the production department, staffing, performance, service delivery, safety compliance, training, attendance, KPIs, project documentation, equipment maintenance, and client communication. Applicants need a diploma or degree in mechanical engineering or a related course, at least four years of experience in busy manufacturing operations, strong planning and organizational skills, and excellent communication and problem-solving abilities; basic accounting and Excel proficiency are desired.
