Nox Metals is hiring a full-time, in-person Factory Technician in Ferndale, Michigan. The role operates industrial saws, bandsaws, CNC equipment, and material-handling systems; loads, measures, cuts, and inspects aluminum plate, bar, and rounds; runs forklifts and overhead cranes; follows production schedules; receives and verifies inbound materials; packages outbound shipments; records cut data; and improves manufacturing processes. The position requires factory, metals-center, or skilled-trade experience, safety and quality awareness, software comfort, physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and availability for weekday and weekend shifts.
