Description
This is a strategic, operational, advising, and administrative role focused on contributing to the implementation of HCT's system-wide strategy, assisting with policy development, participating in academic and extracurricular events, and engaging in applied research. The role involves delivering practical, applied teaching using educational technology, assessing student performance, serving as a student advisor, conducting research, and supporting student success. Administrative tasks include managing teaching facilities, preparing assessment files, handling course management, and contributing to curriculum revisions. Additionally, the role includes coaching and mentoring subordinates, supporting recruitment and development of UAE Nationals, and promoting organizational resilience.
