Description
This is a strategic, operational, advising, research, service, administrative, and leadership role contributing to the implementation of HCT’s system-wide strategy, assisting with policy development, participating in academic and extracurricular events, engaging in applied research, and conducting teaching, assessing, advising, researching, serving, and administering tasks. The role involves coaching and mentoring subordinates, supporting recruitment and development of UAE Nationals, and promoting organizational resilience.
