Description
The Faculty Development Lead at Linchpin Solutions Inc. is responsible for managing and overseeing the MISTC Faculty and Instructor Development Program across all MISTC sites. This role involves ensuring instructors are qualified, certified, and continuously developed according to MISTC, TECOM, and MSTP standards. The Lead will develop Individual Development Plans (IDPs), certification assessments, and instructor development materials while applying Marine Corps Instructional Systems Design (MCISD) and Systems Approach to Training and Education (SATE) principles to foster professional growth and instructional excellence. The position requires an active DoD Secret Clearance and is a full-time, on-site role in Quantico, VA, with limited travel.
