Description
Higher Colleges of Technology (HCT) is seeking a full-time faculty member to teach general Faculty subjects and at least two specialized areas within an assigned program or discipline to second-language learners. The role combines student-centered teaching, assessment, academic advising, internship and work-placement mentoring, applied research, committee and community service, curriculum and course development, educational technology integration, quality assurance, and student-group support. Candidates need a relevant Ph.D. where applicable, or a relevant master's degree and professional certification with five years of teaching and industry experience, or potentially a bachelor's degree with extensive industry experience and certification. At least three years of relevant teaching experience is required, while relevant industry experience and curriculum-development experience are preferred.
